The room was beautiful, the staff very friendly and the breakfast and service was amazing.

We were asked daily what we would like. Cakes,pastries, fruit salad, yoghurt, bananas or any type of eggs. Fresh rolls with fillings etc. fruit juice. We chose a time and delivered hot to our room. I’m sure they would cater for any preferences.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The breakfast is pretty nice and the beds are comfortable. Nice room design, the cleaning is very good. Lots of parking spaces but not a nice area in general.

We were told that the pool is available all year round which is why we booked this hotel in December. The pool was indeed available "all year round" but it was freezing cold and not heated, so we felt tricked. Our request was pretty clear. In addition, right after we arrived, we got indirectly advised not to leave any smells in the room, that the police might fine us and we can be kicked out of the hotel. It seemed like controlfreak behavior, you don't talk to paying guests like they're children. Surveilance Cameras everywhere. Difficult to feel comfortable. Even though we were pretty much alone in the hotel, the WiFi was terrible, as was the old TV. A fancy designed hotel, but it doesn't deliver what it promises

Ioanna and her Team really make you feel at home. They are all very attentive and always willing to help. We could ask for special wishes for breakfast, extra towels and amenities as well as advice for restaurants and sightseeing, in all aspects Ioanna was there and helping us out
