an amazing location an amazing view and nature.

the staff does not communicate in English at all! this is a big problem and it takes a lot of time to get along with the lady at the reception desk. It is very cold in the house. They clean only before your arrival and after your departure. At night, there is no one at the reception desk. If something happens, no one will help you in the mountains. Never order the breakfasts they are terrible.
