"Séjour gâché à cause d’une basse température dans la chambre"

Emplacement et chambre propre

A 14 heures 16 degrés et vers 20 heures 18 degrés dans la chambre avec un chauffage d’appoint que nous avons demandé. La directrice n’a jamais voulu constaté le problème dans la chambre et était dans le déni. Nous avions réservé deux nuits. Nous sommes parti le lendemain et nous avons été remboursé de la deuxième nuitée. A bannir pour les frileux.
