Super freundlicher Empfang

Unser Zimmer hatte leider nur Oberlichten als Fenster. Man muss auf den Stuhl steigen um sie zu öffnen. Wir hatten aber auch die billigste Zimmerkategorie gebucht.

Das Hotel sieht wirklich toll aus und das Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet; man findet dort alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben auch den Wellnessbereich besucht, der sehr schön gestaltet ist. Die Zeit dort war für unser Empfinden etwas kurz (man kann den Spa-Bereich für 2 Stunden nutzen), aber der Aufenthalt war trotzdem hervorragend. Wir können die Residence Villa Bottacin jedem wärmstensempfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen!

What I liked: a comfortable bed, the availability of dishes in the room, and cleanliness.

What I didn’t like: it was difficult to reach the location by car. A large car cannot get there because it may get stuck between the walls. There is no tea in the room. Coffee in the room is not free.
