I am an experienced traveler and have seen a great deal. This is a decent hostel. 15-25 minutes walk to the center The communal kitchen was very clean—with the sole exception of the kettle, which had mineral buildup. Overall, the place is well-maintained and reasonably clean. The courtyard and the building exterior can be somewhat intimidating, but you must understand that this is a historical landmark; consequently, the owner has no control over the general atmosphere in the courtyard or the condition of the building's common stairwell. The owner is responsible only for the interior environment of the apartment itself. I recommend this hostel.

The neighbors started renovations at 9 a.m. There are some minor issues regarding cleanliness, but these shortcomings are easily remedied. Inside the shower stall—specifically on the underside of the enclosure and along the sliding door mechanism—there was mold and grime. The sheer curtains were also dirty. I did encounter some difficulties with the door locks and with actually locating the hostel itself.

La struttura si trova in una bellissima posizione, comoda per passeggiare e ottimamente collegata con i mezzi pubblici (autobus diretti per centro, stazione e aeroporto). Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e un centro commerciale. La camera con bagno privato corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione; gli spazi comuni offrono una cucina ben attrezzata con tavolo e sedie. L'ambiente era silenzioso e con una temperatura ideale, garantendo un soggiorno tranquillo. Check-in semplice e l'host è stato reattivo e disponibile per ogni comunicazione

Pur sapendo che non dipende dall'host, le parti condominiali appaiono trascurate, datate e un po' scomode per il trasporto dei bagagli. Per quanto riguarda la camera, le dimensioni sono adeguate, ma la pulizia andrebbe curata di più: c'era troppa polvere sui ripiani e le tende avrebbero bisogno di un lavaggio. Purtroppo il materasso presentava un avvallamento al centro che ha reso difficile trovare la giusta posizione per dormire. Il bagno è di dimensioni corrette, ma la doccia necessita di manutenzione (alcune parti vicino al doccino sono fissate con fascette di plastica) e il rubinetto è troppo grande rispetto al lavandino, risultando scomodo. Nel complesso, una struttura adatta per un soggiorno breve di massimo due notti.
