Good location and good staff. Due to being near the Chian Mai University, there are so many cafes or restaurant nearby. Very convenient.

Due to being near the airport, the sounds of flight is the only thing I complained. Otherwise everything is good.

Location is excellent, many good restaurants nearby. common area is calm just need to be aware of mosquitoes. Did Monk’s trail with host for free.

Airplanes sounds day and night, which was not avoidable. Sound proof in between rooms could be improved.

At first, I thought it would be more 'generic' than this but the accommodations exceeded our expectation. They offer only a few rooms on their property; however, we found out that it was very private and well-maintained. The place was decorated as an old-style commoner's house, but without dust! The location is peaceful and private. It is near by Chiang-Mai University as well!

The location is a little bit deep, and the street is narrow. Without GPS navigation, one might get lost in the alley maze.

- The very cool common area and kitchen - the room was nice and spacious - a lot of space to organise my stuff

- I wish there was a window in the room, which would add nice natural light. - a chair or a stool to sit down in front of the table (to do your makeup or because there is a plug there, you could sit there when you charge your phone)
