Great sized room with very soft bed and good sized walk in shower, very clean, decent breakfast, great location (including for parking) and helpful staff. Would recommend for a Cheltenham trip!

Keyless entry which is less bother especially with two people coming and going at different times.  Had an issue with the code at first, but helpful gentleman fixed it.  Clean and warm.  Place to sit with a laptop.  Great shower. Very close to town. Parking.

Heavily scented washing powder/fabric conditioner used to wash towels and bedding. Bring your own pillow cases and towels if you are hyper sensitive like me. Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster and air fryer, but limited cooking ware. Could have done with some small oven safe dishes for the air fryer.  I got by in purchasing some baking paper and had to cook scrambled eggs in the tea cups 😆.

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location and convenient parking.

Whilst the breakfast room was clean and well organised, the produce and service was below average. It’s a self-service continental style breakfast, just toast, cereal, supermarket croissants.

Great location with parking Clean and comfortable, was perfect for our stay.

The floors weren’t level

Ease of booking and check in. Nahean met us on arrival. The room was a little cool but we turned on the radiator, Nahean offered to helo us also. Everything we needed for an overnight stay.
