Alexandros Studios by Estia

Our stay at Alexandro's studios was good. The place has a good location and it was no more than 10 min. walk from the Benitses main street. It had a great view of the sea and was among amazing trees that gave us a lot of calmness. The room was quite spacious and had a little kitchen space that helped us prepare our morning coffee and sandwiches. The hosts even left us some fruits and water as a welcome which was quite nice. A great plus was that there were pets allowed, so totally recommend the space!

The space could be better organized in terms of furniture. Also if you didn't specifically say that you'd like to have your room cleaned, there was no such service, so make sure to put on the tag if you need some cleaning. These are just personal preferences that don't change the whole experience and the fact that the hosts were friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Βρώμικο, χωρίς ζεστό νερό, διαρροή των λυμάτων από την βάση της λεκάνης στο δάπεδο, το ηλεκτρικό κουζινακι είναι σε αισχρή και επικίνδυνη για χρήση κατάσταση, το ψυγείο ίσα ίσα που δροσιζε το περιεχόμενο, τα είδη υγιεινής και ι νεροχύτης έχουν στρώμα από άλατα όχι λίγα άλατα σε σημείο να μην καθαρίζονται, τα υποτιθέμενα αφρολουτρο, σαπούνι χεριών ήταν σε ελεεινά πλαστικά μπουκαλάκια που έγραφαν ημερομηνία λήξης 5ος 2022 που σιχαινοσουν να τα ακουμπήσεις. Τα στρώματα απαίσια που αισθάνεσαι τα ελατήρια, τα μαξιλάρια όλο σβόλους που φέρνουν πονοκέφαλο. Κατάλυμα για γύφτους. Η σφουγγαρίστρα που διέθετε στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο τόσο φθαρμένη και ελεεινή που τέτοια δεν βρίσκεις ούτε στα σκουπίδια

Apartamentele sunt localizate într-o vila situata pe un deal, unde sunt și alte studiouri. La câteva minute de mers pe jos găsiți supermarket, taverne și plaje (insa inguste si cu pietris). Benitses este o stațiune situata la 20-50 de min de Corfu (Kerkyra) în funcție de trafic, dar aproape de conacul lui Achile și grădinile prințesei Sisi. Proprietara ne-a întâmpinat cu fructe iar la final ne-a oferit cadou săpunuri din ulei de măsline.

Intr-unul din apartamente nu era făcut curat dar după ce am înștiințat proprietarul, acesta a venit și a făcut a doua zi curățenie. Este o problema cu locurile de parcare dar am găsit puțin mai sus un loc plat unde poți parca
