De zon schijnt in januari nog niet op het balkon, maar gelukkig wel op de piste.

"Ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick in die Berge"

Der Empfang war nett, das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ruhig, mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Gut fanden wir im Appartement 22 das in jedem Schlafraum jeweils noch ein Waschbecken war.

Lage der Unterkunft. Wir sind von den letzten Jahren in Wolkenstein zu verwöhnt Betrifft die Lage und Einrichtung. Einrichtung veraltet aber gut erhalten und sauber. Es gibt einen Skiabstellraum. Der Skibus (nicht im Skipass enthalten) hält direkt vor der Tür. Zu Fuß knappe 5 bis 10 Minuten zur Piste. Wir hatten zu fünft 2 Appartements (nr 33 und nr 22). Die Küchen sind sehr klein. Ein Brötchenservice wäre schön gewesen. Leider nur Badewannen ohne Duschvorhang. Eine Modernisierung wurde das Haus aufwerten. Nie wieder würde ich ein Haus ohne Sauna buchen.

Die Lage zur Skipiste war sehr gut, 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß waren sehr gut zu bewältigen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden.

Die Wohnung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Ein wenig Renovierung würde gut tun.
