We had a great time . Apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. It was sparkling clean , warm and cosy. And a Dobbiaco is such a gem , we fell in love with this small town and cannot wait to come back.

Excellent locations (supermarket just below, parking in the same building) very modern, spacious and clean appartment. Comfortable bed for us. We were able to use washing machine and dryer located in the building which was awesome considering we were travelling and hiking a lot. The communications was very smooth ans very helpful. Would definitely come back to explore dolomites more :)

Was only missing socket next to one side of the bed. Very minor issue though :)

The location is excellent for walking around this beautiful town. My partner and I like to walk and we walked to Lake Dobbiaco and around it. The local bus was free to use throughout the region and we used it to visit Lake Braies, which is spectacular.

Facilities- the facilities are good, spacious room with kitchen stuff

Safety - totally not safe for female travellers alone. There is a pervert/ creepy man staring at me while i was figuring out the way to get into the garage, and smiling at me in a creepy way, he left only when i shouted for help from my friend. The way to garage is very dark Accessibility to the accommodation - can only get access from the garage, and the key pad for the garage is not functioning. Nearly cannot get into our room and need to stay under the snow for so long in the late night. Finally we need to ask for help from the bar nearby, which they need to use a key we dont hv to open the side door for us. No access from the main door, so speechless. And the instructions for accessibility is not clear, only with words without photo illustration. Accessibility to the room - the key hole is not working well Staff - “we are not hotel, we are not travel agency, we cant help you for anything” office hour 0815-1215, then no message replying afterwards, in our hopeless situation with train delays they helped with nothing, no advice as locals, no food (even we promised to pay once after we arrived), no access to the garage and the room.

Lovely flat, fantastic bath, staff were super helpful and shops are all around!
