quiet location nice and clean

the hotel was in a perfect location and I stayed here for the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding. without being prompted on my wedding night the hotel placed champagne and strawberry’s in my fridge. An amazing gesture

the air con wouldn’t turn to cold in the room- it was more of a fan

Very good bang for buck, huge rooms and really nice staff.

The bath doesn't have a floor separator between the shower and the rest of the bath. Also the location is not central, but that is not an inconvenience.

There was everything what we need. Clean, comfortable apartments. Friendly personal

The food is good. We liked the pool and the design of the hotel and the rooms very much. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The location of the hotel is also great. When we left, they gave us some souveniers. That was cute.

Bad services when it comes to cleaning. The floor in the room was always dirty and it was like that even when we arrived there, you couldn’t walk without slippers. The told us at the check in that the towels will be changed every to days and the rooms will be cleaned. But we waited 4 days and nothing happened. After that I talked with them at the reception and they told us that we need to open the door for the maid to clean the rooms, because she doesn’t have a key for access. You can’t lose a few hours from your vacation every 2 days in order to wait for the maid to clean! We gave them the key in the next day’s morning and after we arrived back to the hotel, the room was quite clean, but the floors were still dirty.

Spiros, family and all members of staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to please you and make your stay a pleasant one. Spiros even sorted out some noisy people who were staying beneath us. Club sandwich is the best we have ever had. I shared one with my husband and we seriously couldn’t eat it all. All home baked cookies were so yummy. We were visiting my daughter who lives in Zante but she had just moved house so it wasn’t possible to stay with her on out second weeks holiday which is why we booked Zante. Holidays. Should we ever need a hotel in the future we will certainly return. Well done to you all.
