Communication en anglais :pas de français ni d'espagnol Erreur d'attribution de la chambre : chambre pas faite Lave-linge défectueux : vêtements abîmés et bons à jeter Immeuble uniquement destiné au B and B et très bruyant jusqu'à 2 heures du matin avec personne sur place pour régler le problème
