La Bercia Alpine Lodge & Spa

We had a fantastic ski holiday – everything was top quality, from the comfortable rooms and excellent service to the fantastic breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the slopes and right next to the skibus stop. A perfect place to stay – we’ll definitely come back!

The first day my son said this was the best breakfast buffet he's ever had in a hotel, and I agree. We were looking forward to it each morning. We would start by making apple, carrot and ginger juice in the centrifuge juicer. The delicious freshly baked bread and buns. Yoghurt, and a nice variety of cheeses, cold cuts, jams, sweet and savoury pastries. An egg boiler allowed you to make soft or hard boiled eggs. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate. On top of that the view is beautiful from the breakfast room. The staff work hard and provide service with a smile. The place is spotless. We used the spa (outdoor hot tub with a view, sauna, steam room and relaxation rooms) each day after skiing and didn't have sore muscles because of it. The apartment we had was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked even though we didn't use it. La Bercia restaurant is fantastic as well and we ate there three times during our stay.

Beautiful setting and the property is finished to a very high standard. We had a wonderful stay. Spotlessly clean. Robes provided. The mattress was to die for.

The wellness facilities are only open for a few hours, I would have liked to spend longer on a rainy day. For the price, a few extras in the kitchen would have nice such as oil, coffee pods (and type of pods are not found at the local supermarket).

Onsite restaurant was average, but to be fair is not directly a part of the hotel. Sliding door in room would not shut fully and meant it was a bit noisy

Views of the Dolomites were beautiful. Great location for restaurants and local supermarket. Spacious property . Outdoor are beautiful

Restriction of pillows, staff weren’t the friendliest. Especially in the breakfast area. Naked men and women in the spa sauna jacuzzi. We weren’t informed when checking in it was a naked area. Towels were provided however they were used to sit on and not used to cover genitals. It was a shame how we felt as the spa area was beautiful
