Obwohl der Check-in ab 16 Uhr möglich sein sollte wurde um 17 Uhr noch aufgeräumt und die Betten bezogen. Auf der Terrasse stand ein großes Glas mit Schraubdeckel voll mit Zigarettenkippen. Neben der Terrasse standen Blumentöpfe mit verwelkten Pflanzen. Insgesamt machte die Aussenanlage einen ungepflegten und unfertigen Eindruck, es sah mehr aus wie auf einer Baustelle. In der Villa selbst war es sehr staubig und in dem kleinen Bad ohne Duschvorhang ist es unmöglich zu Duschen ohne alles unter Wasser zu setzen. Ausserdem gibt es kein WLAN.
