Perfect location right next to the beach. Comfort bed. Very nice balcony with sea view !

Everything was good except couldn’t get English channels on tv except for news,but it didn’t spoil our stay

The location was amazing there was a dishwasher and washing machine. The bed was comfortable. Shower was large and good. There was little noise.

Location

We were put into a different apartment than the one one we booked a long way from where we wanted with no pool. After two nights we were moved back to the apartments we had booked and paid for and told we would not receive any refunds

Excellent location in the South West of the Maspalomas area. 5 minutes walk from the Faro de Maspalomas Bus stop which offers direct routes to other towns across the Island as well as direct buses to the Airport and Las Palmas City Centre. This hotel is located at the beautiful lighthouse Area in a resort part of the south which is right in front of the beach/dunes but be warned that it is essentially its own more upscale/wealthy town beachfront resort area within itself away from the main maspalomas town centre which is a busier less desirable concrete jungle. The Area of this hotel is 1 minute walk from the beach/dunes and is adjacent to more modern expensive 5* hotels, restaurants and upscale shops i.e. this is where the wealthy people tend to stay and we didn't see many chavs staying in this area as they mainly were visible in the maspalomas town centre which is a 30 - 40 minute walk away. There are a mix of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and supermarkets with reasonable prices both within the accommodation and within 5 minutes walk. Having visited all areas of the island. I wouldn't stay in any other Area outside of the one this place is located in. Staff were great. Offered a free upgrade to beach front view.

Be warned that this is one of the best locations to stay on the island however, this company owned 3+ different accommodations within same area and it can be a lottery which one you will get. You may get beach front which has street sellers setting up their mats directly outside your gate or if you are in the street behind which is quieter at day and night, some of the rooms are separated by a locked door adjoining the apartments and there is 0 noise cancellation between the different apartments. We were very lucky that we were quiet and the guests in the adjacent rooms were quiet, but if you had a loud or talkative guest in the next apartment, you would hear everything through the door. We didn't complain about this but the accommodation manager even offered us to switch to the beach front building for free when it was available but we decided that we were to stay where we were. It's not the hotels fault as it's a green area with lots of palm treet but be warned that this Area attracts large cockroaches so you must keep your windows closed at all times if you want to avoid them in your apartment. This is not the fault of the accommodation its just a fact of the area. The lights in the rooms are far too bright, they should switch to warm white bulbs.

The location to the beach, restaurants and taxis was great

The original apartment was totally in the shade, was moved to a sunny spot near pool. Had a locked door to adjoining apartment so very noisy with a family and baby next door. Unable to use pool as was not heated.
