Patika personāla attieksme - sirsnīgā sagaidīšana, neskaidro jautājumu un vajadzību ātrā un perfektā atrisināšana.

1) Biju rezervējusi ekonomiskās klases numuru, rezervējot nebija norādīta vai bija neskaidri norādīta atšķirība no standarta numura (konkrēti - dušas neesamība manis pasūtītajā numurā), taču dušā tiku - viss tika ātri un ērti atrisināts, pārējais bija nevainojami; 2) bija sestdienas vakars un skaļi kaimiņi, tāpēc, kamēr tie neapklusa, brīžiem šķita, ka sienas no papīra un viņi staigā pa manu istabu. Kad beidza staigāt un klaigāt, viss bija OK.
