The key lockers did not feel safe for us. The Locker was not working but there was a huge gap in it, so we pulled the keys out. So anyone could pull the keys out too

The views are amazing, the location is perfect and the pool is great!

Nothing to like , extremely hard to check in, host/owner should tell you to a SIM card and WhatsApp installed in your phone before you even get there , there is no reception, no WiFi available when you get there , wi fi available in the room one you can get in the room Room was not clean up daily , or clean up periods, owner gave us one key card for two of us, that meant if my wife stay resting in the room , I take key card from slot and A/C and light would not work, why did she do that knowjing that everyone will go out at same time?? That was damm , only after a complai got my second key 24 hours later . We could check in arrival, had to go to the real hotel where pictures are used as a pool view To borrow internet and even receptionist called her to let her know we are here but we don’t know where to get key card or code for door . She was insisting we do it online ???wtf?

I ti veranda hotel not to veranda residence , veranda hotel has real receptionist , very nice people , at veranda residence you will be lucky to find a part time security guard that don’t understanding English , don’t be deceive by pictures and gave reviews , check low reviews first from real guests . By the way “free Breakfast means uncool eggs on fridge(10 bath each) some sausage links , uncooked , and instant coffee , you can boil own water . King size bed very umcortable , hard to walk around it because is close to two walls

Beautiful view and decorations.

The room is spacious, quite and clean. The view is great. You need to walk a pass the hotel to the beach but the location is great. You can walk from the beach to plenty of good seafood restaurants and cafes.

The place is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. To check in, you need to follow instruction given to you on Line/whatsapp messages. There are a lot of house rules to follow which made me nervous. 2000 THB deposit is required which is odd. I have never encountered this. It would not bother me if this is a hotel but this is not. It is an apartment unit. Breakfast that is included which mean you have to "cook them yourself", no "homemade" food was served. Owner provide ingredients like egg, sausages, bread, etc in the fridge. The most hedious part was that owner asked us to take photos of the fridge, kitchen and the rooms when we checked out. It is a bit petty when it should not be guest's duty.
