The room was clean. The staff are nice and friendly. A mistake was made and they went above and beyond to rectify it. Would definitely come again. Nice location and there's a Sainsbury's nearby. Close to Ealing Broadway which has a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Amenities are good.

Honestly, despite the mistake that happened, nothing. What I've learnt is, it's not so much about the mistake but what you do to fix it and the staff were amazing.

We loved the property.The 1 bhk room was spacious and accommodated 4 of us with kids very easily. A useful kitchenette and fully equipped . There was a big balcony with a good view of the roadside and we spent every morning eating our breakfast there. A very peaceful area with convenience of a supermarket and an all day cafe in the same compound itself .The bus stop was right outside the gate to take you to the nearest tube station which was 10-12 mins away . All in all we loved our stay and would come back here again and highly recommend it to all.

Housekeeping and room cleaning service is only applicable if you cross 8 days of stay . No harm in giving this service every 4 days . No restaurant and only a small cafe in the lobby that is open only for breakfast. However they are stocked up with coffee and drinks that can be bought.
