Location

Microwave didn't work Windows were not sealed when closed Fridge made a loud noise Toilet was leaking I was not given the wifi password until day 3 of my stay No induction of the room or facilities was done I am aware that it is student accommodation but the noise levels after 10pm was terrible I was woken up by the fire alarm at 2am

Convenient location and the smart entry systems was nice, no key to worry about, room key was all finger print access and building entry was facial recognition, no worries about losing a key card or room key

Our room was right next to an industrial aircon unit an at 7am this thing sounded like it was about to take off

Secure place, good parking

In room 54 the basin tap loose, front door didnt close and lock needed to pack a chair against it, carpet needed cleaning. In general no tv channels available unless you have your own account
