The security system and customer service from the staff, excellent 👏

The Uber rush outside when you want to drive yourself is an issue for now rather than that excellent place to stay

I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. The rooms are neat and very clean and if you don’t mind the student vibe, this is a good spot for a short stay

How clean and neat it was.

The standard has dropped since the last time I was here. I got the same room so I could notice the changes. There were no white towels anymore. We found fewer grey towels. The kitchen utensils were fewer. The shower door was broken because it didn’t close properly. Lastly, the access control system was faulty because we had rely on front desk for access in and out of the building.

Centrally Located

I loved everything about the place it looks exactly like the picture on booking.com bed was comfy everything was good I just loved it

I didn’t like the fact that the water was cold at certain times when wanting to shower had to wait for a few hours for the water to get warm and only had one roll toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra in the room

Has all the basics, well located. Good value for money

Loved the safety there; location walkable d8stance to ICT; malls and restaurants. Buses; taxes across the road. Train station 200m away. Everything is there, gym: laundry... But the room was very cold... but the wall heater is provided.
