Very clean staff very good and close to everything outside and beech at the end of the path

Sometimes couldn't get sun beds big families were talking up a lot of beds so had to go to the beach and pay 5 euro a sunbed,, also had a problem with hot water a few nights but was sorted out very quickly

Outstanding and friendly staff. Thanos took really good care of us. And direct access to beach.

Nothing really, only thing I could fault was that hotel guests pay full amount for beach access. It would make sense to give hotel guests a discount.

The most friendly staff I dealt with for years of travelling europe. Thanos and his staff are very accommodating, sincere and helpful. Clean rooms and groomed common/ green areas. Nespresso machine with welcome coffee capsules. Refurbished shower in my room. I got a late check out from Thanos free of charge.

It only a very minor but the terrasse could have some shading by parasol or awning. (Rm 218).

"The perfect vacation!"

Staff was super friendly & very accommodating! Our rooms were exceptionally cleaned everyday & given lots of towels, our housekeeper even found us some washcloths per our request! Very pleased with your customer service!

Next to the beach and really near to the main street, quiet naberhood, clean, friendly and helpful staff, big room, playground. Definately would recommend.

Pool was rather cold, beds were a bit hard, walls are thin.

What a wonderful stay! The service was truly beautiful, we felt so welcome. Very child friendly both staff and facility wise. The rooms were well equipped and even had nescoffee machines. Late checkout and any of our requests were attended to quickly and kindly. The facilities were well kept, and beautiful with nice gardens and sea view.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite ,Kateryna housekeeper was very lovely and did exceptionally good job. Gentlemen in reception ( sorry don't remember name) also was extremely nice and helpful
