No bathroom amenities, just few bottles of liquids. Towels were not clean, no bathroom slippers, rude staff

The beds were comfortable.

The rooms were completely different from what they showed in pictures. Managers refused to send requested items to the rooms at night. Not a single facility was available that was mentioned in the facilities section. When asked for housekeeping, it took them several hours. Bed sheets were mostly dirty and riped. Paint in almost all rooms was damaged. There was no mosquito repellent in the hotel, and they were freely roaming in the rooms, even though the risk of dengue was high. I am highly disappointed and will never book with this hotel again. Breakfast was also not nice, and there were only two options, which became boring after a few days. The kitchen was dirty and smelly. I had to change rooms due to a lack of proper water supply. Upon checking out, there was no help provided in taking out the luggage outside of the hotel, and I had 5 large suitcases. Before arrival, the hotel confirmed that they took any type of card, but during check-in, they got stubborn they only took cash payment. I was very inconvenient for me as I had just landed in the country and came straight to the hotel.
