the hotel is clean. the rooms are big. the food is great. they have activities for kids and concert for adults. the staff is friendly. The beach is very well maintained.

there are no informational areas. we struggled to understand where we need to check-in. we were not informed that there are 4 hotels which represents in fact the "novum resort". the program of the restaurants and other activities are not public posted. an information corner would help a lot! the margin of the exterior pool is very slippery. a lot of kids fell down...
