Kostas was lovely. He really made the last stay of our vacation more memorable. We did not expect to have no restaurants or sights to visit near us but alas it was not the opening season . However Kostas organised a hire vehicle to be brought to the door and gave us some amazing pointers on where to go. It was one of our highlights

Sea View, apartment commotion, luxury, pool and pool bar, big balcony. 75m2. Good and save parking in the property.

800 m to beach we went by car, particularly no enough light for night walk to marina with yachts. Bars and restaurants double prices compared to Halkidiki (good beer 10 eur, local catastrophic 6 eur, micro child pizza 10 eur, normal national meal mousaka 27 eur, bubble tea 13 eur, coffee cappuccino 6-8 eur, desert 14 eur, icecream 4eur ball, seafood 35+. There is no big difference in prices at the property and by marina. Parking in sani beach center 20 eur per day. Sum 120-150 eur per 4 persons per meal.

Surrounded by green and lush gardens, by the forest, overlooking the Sani gulf, this hotel makes it the perfect choice for those seeking peace and quiet. Ideal not only for relaxed holidays but also for productive work and writing, it offers a serene, relaxed, and inspiring environment.

Room was comfortable.

Sani is very much an exclusive resort area and expensive - it doesn't welcome those not staying in the resort. I'd stay in Nea Kokeia next time - nice and friendly place.

The grounds are lovely, as is the owner. We did not have breakfast but it looked delicious. The view is amazing. We had some issues that the owner dealt with efficiently and quickly.

The property is very isolated and I would definitely recommend a car. We booked the economy room and were very disappointed. The pool is green from the algae. The door did not fit the frame. The tiles were cracked and the shower is handheld. There was a huge cobweb by the door and the wall. After expressing our disappointment, we were moved to an apartment which was nicer. The owner is really nice and very helpful. Lesson learned. I would not recommend the economy rooms.
