Cơ sở hạ tầng okay, đúng như hình ảnh. Trang thiết bị trong phòng có hơi cũ nhưng đều dùng ổn. Vị trí okay, cách trung tâm tầm 3km.

Dịch vụ có phần thiếu chuyên nghiệp, mình đã báo là mình sẽ đến sớm, nhờ chủ nhà hỗ trợ cho check in sớm nếu được, tuy nhiên đến nơi lúc 2h thì thậm chí còn chưa có phòng, phải chờ thêm 1 tiếng để nhân viên dọn dẹp cho xong. Lý do là vì nhân viên phụ trách không báo cho nhân viên dọn dẹp. Sau đó thì bạn nv có đề nghị giảm giá 10% cho đoàn mình để xin lỗi. Cái này mình ghi nhận, nhưng mong rằng quản lý nhà có thể cải thiện dịch vụ để khách hàng có trải nghiệm trọn vẹn khi đi du lịch.

"Good place to stay; close to a local mall too, but not many street-food options nearby."

Staff did the unexpected. We left dirty clothes in the washing machine but did not start the load. When we came back, staff had washed and hung up the clothes to dry for us. Amazing service!

Ventilation issue: sometimes had cigarette smell / second-hand smoke coming from the vents in the bathroom. Addressed the concern with staff; they did their best to reduce it, but did not get rid of it completely.
