We booked VIP room which was spacious and comfortable and big enough to entertain guests. Two air conditioners kept room very cool. Good broadband - streaming Netflix was no problems. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Laundry service available. Nice view over lake. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Bath tub rather small - I am 1.80m tall and could just about fit in it. Road outside can be a little noisy but this did not disturb our sleep.

very comfortable bed, quite room, hot powerful shower.

the biggest problem was the light on a timer in the room which can’t be turned off. So if you or your partner wakes up in the night the light turns on and wakes the other up. also our window in our room went into the stairwell, which had a light on all night so it doesn’t get dark in the room, and also no fresh air in the room. lastly the room gets cleaned with very strong products which isn’t pleasant.
