Lage , Personal freundlich , Essen sehr gut

Zimmer abgewohnt- Kastentüren hängen , kleine Fenster ,eines billigst zugeschraubt ,Wasserschaden im Zimmer sichtbar , zu wenig Licht in Kästen . Bad war allerdings perfekt neu renoviert.Azfzug zwei Tage nicht funktionsfähig.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, sowohl morgens das große Frühstücksbuffet als auch abends das 5-Gänge-Menü mit wechselndem Thema und jeweils Salat-, Antipasti- und Käsebuffet. Es gibt einen großen, sehr geschmackvollen Saunabereich und schönen Indoor- und Außenpool. Die Lage fast am Talende ist sehr ruhig, je nach Zimmer hat man Blick in die Dolomiten, es starten viele Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür (+Gondel zur Rotwand) und nach Sexten läuft man ca. 30 Minuten. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das einzige, was uns negativ aufgefallen ist, waren die doch sehr hohen Kosten für unseren Hund (28€ pro Tag und nochmal einen deutlichen Aufpreis für die Endreinigung in Höhe von 70 €). Die Endreinigung verstehen wir vollkommen, nur den relativ hohen Tagespreis fanden wir dann zusätzlich unangemessen. Das sollte überdacht werden.
