Location near to station. Cleanliness and equipment was fine also the bed

The entrance was rather gloomy and off-putting. An arrangement for me to leave luggage and phone the caretaker so it could be ramen into my room by the housekeeper was not kept in that the caretaker did not answer the call

Fab location for an overnight stay in Winchester on my stop off between Southampton and Bournemouth airports. Super simple check in, clean property and amenities were well equipped. Good value for money, would stay again!

Rooms not too sound proofed, could hear noisy neighbours above, but that doesn’t bother me too much.

Lovely decor, very clean, great location for town.

The shower & sink didn't drain properly. The shower tray nearly overflowed & my husband had to use the bathroom bin to bail it out. I sent 2 messages to the owner about it, but they went ignored. As we were staying there for a wedding it made getting ready very difficult & showering was virtually impossible. My husband put boiling water down the drain, and it brought up brown gunk and hair, which we couldn't properly clean back down. It was really really disappointing given our initial happiness when we got into the room. Quite disgusted by the lack of care or concern given that my previous communication with the owner had been speedy & helpful.

Excellent location to the high street and walkable to all tourists attractions. Also, only 2 minutes walk from the train station. The room is very comfortable!!
