Iko's Family Apartments

It's a clean and comfortable apartment with a balcony. There is also a laundry room which is very handy for extended stays. You can contact the helpful and friendly owner Iko,to take care of any issues. Great location with plenty of cafes and restaurants.It's only about a 5minute walk to beautiful Batumi Boulevard.

Kind, responsive, friendly

The host was amazing. Very responsive and very helpful. He always replied instantly and helped us carry our luggages. Location is very good! Highly recommend

No elevator but he offered to help us to get the stuff down. I am only mentioning this for those who have disability issues. The rest was super!

Everything was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, good location right in the center. The host was extremely polite and attentive, always checking if I needed anything and making sure everything was perfect.

There are no supermarkets or big grocery stores nearby. However, there are plenty of cafes around.

Отличная локация, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. До моря 10 минут. Отличные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Хозяин всегда на связи. Хорошее и приятное общение.

Заехали позже, чем планировалось. Пришлось ждать, были с дороги и уставшие. Это единственный минус от прибытия.
