It was really convenient, supermarket just downstairs, beautiful view from the balcony

It just isn’t quite as nice as the pictures, it’s quite a bit smaller, so very cosy for four adults. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but for what we paid for it we expected more. The pool was quite cold too, and again just not as nice as it looks in pictures.

Pillows! Shouldn't be square. Also, the sound proofing between floors needs some work. Could hear upstairs moving about all the time.

Great location and facilities, particularly the pool and sauna, and helpful staff. Would definitely book again if I came back to the area.

I liked the location and the space, it was a great family location with a great pool.

I would have loved if it had of had a restaurant, I also felt the lounge closed very early and wasn’t as shown on the pictures. I stayed for a week and the fire was never lit, it closed at 7pm which was far too early, I booked it as I felt it would be great for a family for evening time but instead we had to sit in apartment. I would have also appreciated a towel change throughout the week

The only feature that we liked was the pool, it was very warm and clean for the first few days at least. On the last 2 days of our holiday it went very misty and didn’t smell right.

When I booked the apartment I didn’t realise that the bedroom with 4 bunk beds would be the size of the wardrobe without window or even a door. Tried to change to a bigger apartment for extra charge, but, unfortunately, all rooms were booked up. Mould on the walls in the corridors ( going upstairs to our room) and smelled mouldy. Stain on the mattress protector and pillowcases. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in the apartment, but no tea or coffee provided. Should be standard in any hotel?

We had such a lovely stay here. The ski season hadn't begun yet but we still got to experience a heavy snow fall on the last day. The pool was fantastic, room was nice a quiet and the facilities inside the hotel room were great. The heating works really well. Convenient having a grocery store just in front of the hotel. I recommend hiring a car so you can explore the mountains.
