Easy access to the facilities, and the inside of the place was clean

I like the location, it’s near the bus stop as well as the train station. It is also near with some tourist attractions like the public garden, boston public library, prudential tower and many more.

Had a little bit problem checking my luggage in. I stayed outside the property for more than 10 minutes, while raining and cold, but it was resolved by the CSRs and didn’t happen again.

Beautiful property. Very good location in the south end. Good local bars and restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Boston again. The check in was seamless, staff were very helpful and the building was very secure.

The only negative I could say is we stayed on the first floor, would probably stay on the top floor next time to avoid loud noises from the neighbours above.

The location was nice and the (remote) staff was friendly but ineffectual on the phone.

There was dust and hair on the surfaces, and more egregiously, the shower didn’t have hot water or a water pressure above a limp drizzle. We called the help line (there is no staff on site), they gave us ‘instructions’ that didn’t work, we ended up taking cold, weak showers no matter what we did. Since we only stayed one night, I contacted them again when we checked out and they tried to gaslight me by saying that we hadn’t brought the matter to their attention earlier. The reality is we called when we checked in and tried to shower after a transatlantic flight and we wrote the morning after to let them know the problem persisted. As well, the common spaces were dirty (especially the floor) and there was no plug on one side of the bed. For over 300 dollars a night, it was unacceptable.
