The terrace was not cleaned at all and the bed were very squeaky.

Terrible WiFi, check in was possible one hour later because cleaning was not in time before our arriving

City, apartment equipment and beautiful clear beach.

It was not open the agency at 7:30 AM during check-out, but even from 8:30 AM. I tried to call to the agency, but it was without any reaction. And i think, that is unnecessarily to bring special wifi router from agency to the apartment. From my opinion is better, when the wifi router will be a tightly-knit part of apartment and the customer will get special password in the agency, which it will be valid only during the vacation.

Location was nice, very spacy apartment, nice terrace.

There was some kind of miss understanding at our arrival. The apartment was not yet cleaned when we arrived and we needed to wait for cleaning lady and then she cleaned the room probably fast and I have to say, not so precise. Second day of our staying electricity fell out in the evening and we had no electricity over the night. I went to reception office, where they gave me key for electricity box, which is out on the street and I needed to switch back on the main breaker. It was not so bad, but it was highly unusual for us - both mentioned situations. But we took it with a bit of humor and it was little adventure for us...;)

Location to beach good. Well equipped.

Very large apartment right next tot the beach (1 minute walk, second layer of flats, near the L area of the sunbeds). Reserved parking spot, clean rooms, right on the first floor with a huge balcony. The keys can be picked up at their agency downtown (10 min walk or less). Everything from communication to check-in and checkout was flawless, nothing to complain. Prices were according to the normal value of Caorle in August nonetheless.
