The only positive was that they allowed an early check-in, but this doesn’t make up for the misleading booking.

1. False Advertising– I booked and paid for an apartment with a balcony, but upon arrival, I was given just a room with a kitchenette (no separate space, no balcony). This is completely different from what was promised. 2. Excessive Access Codes– The property has an overcomplicated entry system: - One code for the front door - Another for the car gate - A different one for the courtyard - Yet another for the pool It was frustrating and unnecessary. 3.Bait-and-Switch Tactics – Even though I was placed in the same location, the room type was not what I booked. This feels dishonest. 4. No Compensation or Explanation– Despite the downgrade, there was no apology, refund, or offer to fix the issue.

Specious apartment, beautifully designed and well equipped. Easy self-check-in-process. Great pool and gym with modern facilities!

Very nice, clean, comfortable.

Loud renovation works. I booked a room with a balcony but in the end it was underground and the ‘balcony’ was a space next to my window with a metal grid above.
