Man hört alles und es ist leider sehr laut. In der früh und es geht bis in die Nacht hinein.

A modern apartment building with good flats and nicely decorated. We loved the big balcony. The apartment building has two washing machines which can be used free of charge. The pool area with a garden is well maintained and very nice, although we preferred to swim in the lake instead. The lake is very close and also the ferry. There are several cafes and restaurants near the building. The location is indeed very good.

The building has zero parking. We were disappointed, as we had filtered the available options accordingly. You have to find a parking spot somewhere in the neighborhood, which was challenging, but at least parking in the area is mostly free of charge. We also found our apartment badly cleaned, especially the bathroom, which we found in a disgusting state and we had to clean it ourselves on arrival. The floor of the apartment was so dirty that the soles of our feet and our socks turned black after a short time. That's a shame, as the apartment itself was very nice and modern.
