Holiday Furnished Units

A very basic hotel which before Covid provided the guests with a kitchenette in which they could make a meal. After Covid things have not come back to normal, kichenette ( as a room) yes, cooking no which we found bizarre as in Riyadh hotel apartments work as they used to before the pandemia. In fact, we were feeling cheated as the hotel is advertised on booking.com as a apartment with a kichenette, which turned not to be true. However, it has great location just opposite Saptco bus terminal and is quite close to Dammam corniche. Around lots of shops and eating spots. Also, the reception staff let us leave half of our baggage when we decided to go for two weeks to Bahrain and Kuwait , thanks🌺.

it's OK if you want to over night

the beds were OK, but the rest of the room?! dirty carpet, blood stain on TV and the toilet was just horrible

Did not stay for breakfast as had to leave early

it’s staff are so good and especially I liked the coffee shop that was a very good.

Staff is kind and friendly. Location is good.

Rooms are dirty with the smell of low-cost perfume to cover other smells. The kitchen is not equipped, not even with a fork or knife. For some reason there is a purple light in above beds which cannot be switched off, therefore it interupts the sleep.
