Lovely and helpful staff kind enough to give us lifts to station and grocery store. Good kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment

A bit of an off smell in the main area, but it didn’t affect the rooms

Loved the apartment style, good to have a kitchen and living area.

We struggled with access to the hills. The shuttle stop was a good walk with our gear and the shuttle never showed up so it was a long walk to the ski hill.

Jasmine and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help with everything we enquired about.

The staff were amazing - jasmine is exceptional and super helpful. Having a wonderful - great value / high quality takeaway offering (Jasmine) with room service offering was so handy after a long day skiing! Pork Katsu curry was our favourite. Proximity to the Goryu/Iimori shuttle is excellent.

Using some of the appliances was a tad confusing but the amazing staff sprung into action to explain what to do.

Location was awesome and it was very clean

So close and convenient to all areas of Hakuba, the room was comfortable and had all what we needed.

Nothing.

Clean and self contained.

Location was not in close proximity of ski mountains.

Location near ECHOLAND and well equipped kitchen.

Beds were hard
