Great bar staff, great room and marvelous swimming pool:)

Cleaning Lady was angry if we leave anything on the floor. It was laudy at night from the street noises.

Hotellet var ca några hundra meter från centrala Pefkochori i lite lugnare område. Det var nära stranden. Frukosten var ok .

Curățenia este făcută zilnic. Micul dejun este diversificat și doamna Aurora este minunată.

Cred ca ar fi un plus daca programul la pisici a ar fi prelungit pana la ora 21:00 sau 22:00

Locatie este foarte aproape de plaja 3-5min si de centru cu taverne la 8-10 mi; curat; pat si perne confortabile; mic deju bun; piscina ok; personal foarte ok; totul ca in poze si descriere

Ne-am gandit inainte de a da nota pentru evaluare initial am vrut sa dam o nota f mica dar pentru ca totul a fost ok si personal ok cu o exceptie am dar 9 am taxat doar 1 punct. Am avut o neplacere la cazare. In primul rand pe booking este mentionat check in incepand cu ora 15.00, am fost suntati la 14.11 si intrebati cand ajungem pt ca dna de la recepti pleaca in max 2 ore si daca nu ajungem gasim cartele; am spus ok ajungem in max2 ore dar nici o problema luam cartelele si intram- dar a mai venit o supriza - dna ne-a comunicat senina ca apartamentul rezervat in ianuarie si platit 50% atunic nu este disponibil decat de luni pt ca vezi doamne era fully book hotelul cand am facut rezervarea: nu inteleg cum…ne au dar o alta camera pe 2 nivele pt o noapte; nu a fost ok pt ca bagaje etc dar a culminat totul a doua zi dimineata cand am lasat bagajele la receptie cand am plecat la plaja si dna receptioner ne spunea la fel de senina ai pe in ton certaret ca vezi doamne check out este la 11 si check in la 15.00 de parca eram niste clienti veniti atunci si ca vai draga ea nu poate sa ne de a camera pana la 15.00 si ca ce am avut cea mai frumoasa camera si ca era fully book hotelul cand am rezervat…mmm… m am enervat si ratoit la dna receptioner si am avut camera cand am revenit de la plaja in jur de 14.00. Dar nici macarun scuze de incurcatura ceva….recomand sa fie instruita dna receptioner pt cazuri de genul care ar fi de dorit sa nu se mai repete
