Huge apartment with two bedrooms, a full size kitchen, living room and a nice balcony

The view from our particular unit was not great, as everyone walked past our balcony to get to the pool area.

Such a brilliant surprise. The unit has so much space and is so inviting. It was amazing to have a restaurant on the property. The food was really good and convenient. Beautiful pool set up and very relaxing. The property is close to the beach, you can walk or park closer. The unit was awesome. The beds were super comfortable. There is a washer drier in the unit, filtered water, beach chairs, all really nice unexpected bonuses. And a huge deck with a private bbq and outdoor dining space. We didnt want to leave. We cant wait to come again. Please go to the restaurant Same Same but Different. Best coffee / breakfast ever. Its down the road off the beaten path. Made our trip!

There was a loud party on the roof until 12am even though the quiet hours are 10pm. And they only turned it down because we asked several times. Apparently the security guard wasnt working that night? Also one of our bathrooms had an unbearable smell from the septic but those things you often cant avoid. We used the other bathroom and all was perfect.

Excellent location 5-7 minute walk to beach and centrally located to many of the popular restaurants and coffee shops in town. Beautiful ocean views from the unit. Modern fixtures and finishes. Very clean. AC units in each room worked perfectly. On-site security and resident manager. The on-site Surfside Grill was open 9am-9pm and it was so nice to have available to us. Filtered water from the fridge. The bathroom mirrors even have a built-in makeup light! The unit has a ton of amenities I wish we’d been able to use - gas grill outside, beautiful dining room table on the porch, indoor/outdoor drink fridges, new and large stacked washer/dryer. Martin, the main point of contact, was extremely responsive (even at 11pm at night!), and sent a great “welcome” message detailing the check-in information - I really appreciated that attention to detail.

Bathrooms were large and nicely appointed but smelled like, well, Mexico, especially after the recent rains. Not uncommon down there and doesn’t detract from what a great option this property is.

We loved everything about this property and everyone who works here! Perfect setting, the rooms are very nice and modern.. love the pools and love the staff! And the golf cart was awesome to have! Will at the bar was amazing and did a fantastic job. And the even the security man at night (Richard) is one the friendliest people I have ever met.

the property is beautiful and clean, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay! we couldn’t get the stove top to work but with all the great little restaurants around we didn’t need to use it anyways. The communal areas are also top notch and we honestly loved everything! perfect size for two couples and amazing location :) also if you have a car this property also has parking!
