Endroit exceptionnel avec accès direct à la lagune. Restaurant au bord de la lagune Piscine agréable

Accès à l'hôtel un peu difficile par une route pas très entretenue. Il s'agit d'un hôtel, l'accès à la lagune est partagé, pas privatif.

Las vistas, el servicio y las instalaciones son espectaculares, en lo personal lo recomiendo ampliamente, es un lugar ideal para relajarse

One big room with three beds - great for families.

Was advertised as 3 rooms, but was one big open space with 3 beds (1 in an open loft). Also room was directly above the kitchen and party area - smoke and noise. Much more expensive then neighboring places..

When you have arrived, the place is a little paradise (but only if the sun is shining). We liked the free kayaks and the clear water.

The road from the main road to this place is awful and a very bumpy ride - your car won’t like it. If you want high class service and perfect cleaning, this is not the place for you. The staff seemed a bit confused in the restaurant and the communication was difficult. And regarding the ‘apartment’ - the one by the lake, we stayed at, it’s more than an open bungalow.

Breakfast, the lagoon felt like paradise, beautiful views.

The lack of water coming out when showering, faucets that were rusty and many flies.

Amazing location, our villa over looked the lagoon and was very comfortable. Free Kayaks were a great bonus! Only a short drive to Bacalar centre. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again soon!

A hairdryer would be a good addition to the villa but other than that nothing!

Location right at water's edge

Although pre confirmed, room was not ready at arrival, then had to drive 30 minutes back to town to have late lunch as the kitchen was closed (cook quit); then couldn't have dinner as then they closed at 8:00 PM. High resort prices for rustic facilities in a rinky dinky operation. I wasn't planning on writing a bad review until the so-called manager lied to my face that he could get a boat ride for us as a service, then doubled the price of a boat trip so he could get 20% commission. Do not allow them to book anything, call or go into town. Plan on driving 20 minutes on highway and 10 through the jungle to get there.
