There was hot water.

There was strong sewer smell in the room after flushing the toilet. After complaining to the owner via Booking messages and asked for another room (because noone was there at the moment), she just said that she is sure everything is alright and did nothing about it, saying they don't have any other room available. After some more messages and her ignoring them for some time, someone finally came (after around 2 hours), flushed the toilet and just said "they were right" in Spanish. Then we got a new room (now there was one available, apparently...), which was ok. Would never stay there again.
