Tutto. Esattamente tutto. A partire dall'accoglienza dei proprietari che sono delle persone squisite, dalla dolcissima Lilli e da tutto lo staff. Il posto è incantevole....ha tutto quello che ti serve e gli appartamenti ti fanno venire voglia di viverlo se non hai voglia di spostarti con i loro interni nuovi e i giardini. La piscina è molto carina ed è comodissima. A noi è stato fatto anche l'upgrade in quanto era stato disdetto un appartamento "migliore" del nostro....quindi che dire?potevamo chiedere di più???? Certo è che lo consiglierò ai miei amici e che se tornerò all'Elba saprò dove andare. Grazie di tutto.

It was a beautiful setting and we had good access to the pool. The location was great to access the beaches nearby.

We had no issues.

The warmth, accessibility and willingness to help of the owners. The position and proximity to two great beaches. Property was very clean.

The bed was a little too hard for us.

The location is ideal, about 20 minutes walk from Porto Ferraio, and 2 beautiful beaches, Capo Bianco and Padulella, you can walk to in 5 minutes. The small apartment I had was very clean and cosy, and the host, Tommaso is very helpful and generous to a fault.

Beautiful position on top of a panoramic hill. Very big garden surrounding the property with many barbecue spots. Large apartment very well equipped. Easy free Parking in front of the apartment. Amazing beach just 5 minutes walking. Great Staff! Definitely recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Belvedere, the private suite we had just by the pool, the size of the room, super well furnished and equipped with everything you might need to arrange yourself a nice breakfast or picnic. The grounds are very well kept, with a lovely garden embracing the property overlooking the city/sea. Tomasso was quick, responsive, helpful, a true host.

Nothing really. For us the place was amazing. It is a bit uphill (15-20min from the port) so if you don't have a car/scooter and walking long/uphill distances is a challenge, better to talk to Tomasso about transportation options early on.

Apartment with garden view was amazing, we spent lovely 4 nights there with our 6 months baby. Location is super, 15-20 min by feet to the centre, 5 min by car to nearest supermarket, two very nice beaches are nearby - 5 minutes by feet. We were enjoying sunset every evening from the residence. Our apartment with garden and terrace was superb, all we needed, even baby cot was provided upon our request free of charge. Everything was superb. Tommaso was very kind and helpful, providing all the information we needed. We will return for sure once we are back on Elba island.
