Bardzo komfortowe łóżka, ręczniki dostępne na miejscu, darmowa przechowalnia bagażu, lodówka w pokoju. Śliczny dziedziniec latem pełen zieleni.

The host was very helpful and responded to enquiries almost immediately. Located in a great spot right near the Old Town and room was easily accessible through the instructions provided. The room was quite spacious as well.

One of the main reasons we booked this room was due to the fact that it advertised having a kitchenette, so we could make our own food for travel to places like Auschwitz or the Salt Mines nearby. However, the kitchenette itself was simply a mini fridge that was too warm to keep items in (we bought milk for the coffee provided and it was the same temp as the room the next morning when we took it out), two mugs, two glasses, two teaspoons, a kettle, and some tea and coffee. It was essentially the same as staying at a standard cheap hotel in that regard. There wasn't even a sink we could use besides the bathroom sink, and there was no dishwashing liquid to clean any dishes. The fan in the bathroom also did not work, and the showerhead was broken (though it still worked, it fell off while my partner was in the shower, like the entire showerhead fell on the floor!) We informed the host, so I am hoping that they will fix it for the next people so that no one gets hurt.

The photos are very misleading I should have asked for a ground floor as I am disabled and I was put on the second floor so many steps.No staff ,which was a nuisance because one morning we had the power go of in the room and I tried to contact someone but it was useless , found a fuse box on the landing and had to put it back on ourselves, which is something we shouldn't have to do. The courtyard is dirty and bird droppings all over the place on furniture that obviously can't be used ,there was broken items scattered round . Loose floor tiles that could be come dangerous. No air conditioning in rooms ,so had to open windows for cool air, but then other guests come back early hours and just want to chat loudly out in the courtyard,so obviously couldn't sleep. The room itself was so small for three adults,the fridge was very noisy as well . There is scaffolding up all over the entrance there was nothing to say there was work being done when I booked .Overall the cost of these rooms was definitely too much , there are better hotels for the same money, that are better value for money. Shop around for a better deal Wouldn't want to stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. Definitely overpriced

Maybe the beds are in the economic room but I need some upgrade in the bathroom the shower cabin and shower is old and should be renovated

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, zona centro pero muy tranquila. Aunque la atención fue vía email, no tuvimos contacto con nadie del personal. no hubo ningún problema para gestionar la reserva. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

La entrada de acceso a la finca y al patio interior están un poco abandonadas. La mini nevera hacia algo de ruido, por las noches parecía que estuvieras durmiendo con Darth Vader. No hay ascensor, ni personal de recepción.
