Even if I really wanted to, I couldn't find important shortcomings. Excellent option!

Excellent room, great location, very nice staff, equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and facilities. Safe neighborhood.

The neighborhood is very safe and central but run down.

Absolutely amazing self contained apt room, it has everything you need, honestly one of the best places I have stayed, if in Tbilisi again I will be definitely staying here , if it’s available… the location is the best central to everything, reception lady really helpful and goes through everything with you and if you need anything else which I doubt you will just need to ask… very highly recommended 👍

That I didn’t stay longer

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. It was cleaned twice/week, fresh linens, even fresh kitchen sponge and towel. You have everything you need, including games in the hallways. The woman who manages the hotel is extremeky nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. We stayed 27 days and felt like it was a second home.

Удобное расположение. Отличная общая терраса на крыше - ужинали там. Уборка каждые 3 дня с заменой полотенец. Удобная кровать. Ребенку предоставили детскую кроватку. Можно взять транспортную карту или карточку в парк Мтацминда. Приветливый персонал.

Spacious, well-equipped studio will comfortable beds, large bathroom, and wardrobe. Easy check-in/out with friendly host. Information, plan, tips available from welcoming host. 5-7mins walk to the airport bus stop. Well located within the Old Tbilisi. Access to Rooftop available as well.

The access can be tricky on arrival. Although this was well explained to us, the property isn't directly on the main road, just 3minutes walk though. We didn't check the rooftop unfortunately

Appartement hyper bien placé, juste derrière le Rustaveli National Theatre, proche de l'avenue principale du centre-ville, mais hyper-calme, car dans une ruelle arrière hors circulation. A qqs centaines de mètres du vieux centre-ville et entouré de tous les musées intéressants pour les jours de pluie. Notre chambre avait un balcon, était lumineuse et en plus, on a accès au rooftop pour profiter de la vue et d'un moment de farniente. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. La literie est confortable, l'appartement, propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel, que ce soit cuisine (minimal, mais complet), électricité (multi-prises et adaptateur). Café et thé à dispo, accès aux stocks PQ, produits, etc dans des armoires sur le palier. Pas de réception H24, mais la propriétaire est agréable et dispo tout le temps sur WhatsApp, hyper réactive et parle bien l'anglais.

Pas grand chose, tout était bien. S'il faut absolument mentionner qqch, peut-être une lumière un peu faible dans la salle de bain, mais vraiment rien de grave.
