Old Tbilisi Apartments

I love the hospitality of the host Soso, he went above and beyond our needs. He even provided free transportation service to us, sent us to the most delicious restaurants that served authentic Georgian food and was still affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOSO!!! ❤️

The location was close to the center. The host was exceptional and helpful he even arranged and went with us to the places in Tbilisi. The house was hot and big and equipped with all the amenities like smart TVs, cooking utensils, AC, heating, gas, and hot water, It's a spacious apartment with sunlight and friendly cats with good vibes.

The host was really helpful and helped us a lot in every way. Reached us quickly. The house has separate 3 rooms with double rooms which are spacious and hot which is a necessity in cold weather. The owner even arranged a city tour for us for 2 days which was appreciated and helped us with locating nearby locations in Georgia. At this price the location and hospitality of the host are appreciated, he even helped in renting the car and searching for nearby locations in Georgia.

The owner / host was very nice and accommodating. Kept us update and checked on us when we will arrive. The photos posted here was exactly it. Beds were very comfortable and we were able to cook on a daily basis. We took the entire 2nd floor apartment.

Probably the only challenge for us was the location, location was pretty far from freedom square 😅 Noise outside can be heard a bit at the apartment so if you make noise at the house it will be heard outside or downstairs as well, so that has to be considered.

Very spacious apartment near the center of Tbilisi. It is much better to contact the owner via WhatsApp, he is very helpful and can arrange visits to interesting destinations.

- Price: Don't expect the highest quality for the price, but Old Tbilisi Apartments offers a good deal overall. It's definitely worth considering if you're traveling on a budget. - Host: The host was very pleasant and responsive, quickly replying to my booking inquiries. He was very gentle and even helped with the drop-off to the nearest metro station (Havlabari), which was a considerate touch. - Location: The house is about a 30-minute walk from the city center. The walk is worth it at least once for the fascinating view and the proximity to the Holy Trinity Church, which is just a 10-minute walk away. - Accommodation: The house was quite spacious and equipped with air conditioning, a must-have during the summer. Additionally, the property has multiple accommodations, so if you're looking for one on the rooftop, make sure to arrange it with the host.

- Cleanliness: The dishes and appliances were a bit dirty, so we had to wash them ourselves. The overall cleanliness of the place was average—not very clean but not excessively dirty either. - Furniture: The furniture was not in the best condition but was bearable for our stay.

The host was really helpful and kind to us! We are so thankful!
