Alexandra Apartments

Loved the location, close to beach, restaurants shops and also quiet. George was very welcoming and so was his dog Bobo. Would definitely go back.

There was no problem

The owner was accommodating and helpful. Apartment was spacious and clean, situated in a quieter side of the town. A really nice beach, shops and restaurants are nearby. We also enjoyed walks along the beachside promenade.

Upon arrival due to owners mistake, our room was given to other people and we were forced to spend 2 nights in a lesser accommodation. Another unpleasant surprise - we were asked to pay extra 7€/day for A/C. Upon complaining that this was not mentioned during reservation on booking.com, the charge was dropped. Overall the place is quite worn-down and in need of repair: electrical sockets coming out, towel hanger falling down, missing shelves in the fridge, leaking kettle, puddles on the shower floor. And worst of all a really old and noisy A/C: when several of those are used simultaneously the whole wall starts to vibrate and sleeping requires earplugs. On top of that traffic noise from a nearby motorway can also be heard. Room service was subpar: towels were changed just once during our 2 week stay and eventually we ran out of toilet paper.
