Sijainti erinomainen, hyvät kulkuyhteydet ja 9. kerroksesta hyvät näkymät. Hiljainen asunto ja rauhallinen talo. Paljon tilaa ja iso parveke, hyvät sängyt. Riittävä varustelu keittiössä. Hyvin siivottu. Vaivaton sisäänkirjautuminen. Ruokakauppa vieressä.

Ei valittamista, kaikki toimi hyvin. Valitettavasti yhtenä aamuna soi palohälytys, mikä herätti turhan aikaisin ja juoksutti portaita 9.kerroksesta alas ja takaisin. Onneksi oli kuitenkin vain väärä hälytys. Jotain siivousvälineitä olisin kaivannut, koska ulkoa kantautui loskan mukana likaa eteiseen. Myös iso kuramatto ovella olisi kätevä. Jos viipyisin yhtään pidempään, toivoisin myös säilytystilaa vaatteille ja keittiöön ruokatarvikkeille. Keittiöön kaipasin myös saksia.
