Residence Traube

The location was quiet and close to rhe city centre. Bressanone is a nice, relaxed city.

No hospitality! We booked already in februari for two nights. The main reason was the availability of a groundfloor studio with patio/ small garden. During the check-in it became clear that we got a studio on the first floor, even without a balcony. We are pensionadas and do not want to run staircases all the time and we like to have an external place. The reception was not sensitive for our complaint. They only offered us a studio for 40 euro more for one night. During our stay it seemed there were almost no other guests. Also they showed us a parking place on the map in the courtyard, but the next day it became clear that we had a garage , which we had to pay for extra. The kitchen was not neatly finished.

Appartement was spacious, we had a parking space, we didn't try breakfast but you do get a coupon for their restaurant in the center. It's a beautiful restaurant, the food is delicious and the portions are big.

This hotel is very beautiful. The room, the hallways, the garden...I would stay here again. The location is great for exploring the town on foot. The staff is friendly and responsive.

In summer months, they need more fans for guests. The rooms are a bit stuffy and in a heat wave intollerable. We managed to snag a fan our last night and it made all the difference.
