The guests have the possibility to contact the property by messaging at any time between 09:00 and 22:00. The guests also receive the manager’s contact number to contact by phone until 00:00. Please note that late arrivals are a subject of prior notification. Please note that a damage deposit starting from EUR 1 is collected by credit or debit card. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The deposits are charged per room category basis starting from EUR 1.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
