My Misto Homestay, Riverson Soho

After we complained about the vibration sound in the bedroom, we were assigned another unit which was newer and cleaner. Both aircon were functioning very well. The bedroom was quiet. Kitchen and refrigerator were good. The washing machine looked new but we didn't use it. We were glad that they did housekeeping after 4th night. It would have been even better if it had been done after the 3rd night, as we booked and stayed there for six nights (4 + 2 under two separate bookings).

The first unit assigned to us was not well maintained and was dirty. The floor was extremely dirty — I could feel it while walking, and I could see the dirt on the back of the slippers I was wearing. There was also a vibration sound in the bedroom that caused my spouse to be unable to sleep. The pillows were very smelly, and we suspected that the pillowcases had not been changed. As for the 2nd unit, the bedsheet was upside down. We suspected that the cleaner did not change the bedsheet and only flipped it upside down for the next guest. The pillows were also smelly. We asked for clean pillowcases, but they smelled of cigarette smoke. We requested another set a second time, and then we finally received fresh pillowcases. There was only one hanger in the bathroom. After hanging a face towel on it, there was no other place to hang our wet towels in the bathroom.

일단 청결 가본곳중 최악이고 호스트 연락 열받을만큼 안돼서 매일 수건이랑 휴지 모자랐음 뒤늦게 수건은 조금씩 갖다줌 방 두개 빌렸는데 하나는 찬물만 나옴 그냥 짜증나서 말도 안함 셀프체크인인데 키 준비 안해두고 주인 뿅타서 한시간 개열받음 에어컨 물떨어지는건 다행히 바로 고침 그 외에도 진짜 식기 더러워서 안쓰고 수건에서 담배냄새 개쩜 가지마셈 여행망침

Very spacious

Room had a stale smell Hairdryer only worked if plug held into socket which didn’t feel safe Felt quite dated Sink and washing machine had stains on them Pool was out of use due to water shortage and not informed before stay even though the notice had been up for 2 weeks Gym equipment not working fully eg rower display not working Key wasn’t available at the check in time. Had to chase up - luckily I had eSIM but otherwise would have been a pain.
