The apartment is spacious and has a fully functional kitchen if you're staying for a couple of nights

Tiny bathroom and shower cabin, and there's no laundry facility. I sent a message to the staff enquiring if there were any paid laundromats but never heard back. Fun fact- there's only one paid laundromat in Akureyri behind a backpackers (and expensive) so if you don't need any laundry facilities then this property ticks all other boxes. There's also a strong sulphur smell in hot water but you'd probably get used to it after a few days in Iceland

位置很好，附近900m不到就有超市，而且到步行街也很方便，开车走路过去都不远。 房间很安静，睡得很舒服。 房间的加热器效率很高，开了一会房子里就很热了。 门锁是密码锁，邮件找到密码就可以开门了，很方便的。 性价比很高！

卫生间有点反味。 电炉功率不够高，做饭要很久，烧一锅热水都要挺长时间的。

El personal de limpieza muy agradable.

Es importante que se indique como aparcar en la puerta ya que es facil que te pongan una multa de 100 euros con reduccion por aparcar en sentido contrario.
